The nearest airport to the house is Poitiers at 58km’s less than an hour’s drive, Limoges airport is 81km just over 1 hour away. The towns of Lussac Les Chateaux (19km) and Montmorillon (34km) both have train stations with trains going directly into Limoges and Poitiers. In Poitiers you have TGV connections to Paris, Bordeaux, London & Brussels.

The house has mains water and electricity, gas is bottled. Drainage is to a septic tank.
