If you are considering selling your house in France, please contact our agent in your region without any obligation. He/she will gladly inform you about the possibilities of a sale through our organisation.

If we sell your house, the commercial valuation is of course free of charge.

Should you need a written valuation for any other purpose, we will charge you an amount starting from 300 € ex tva/ vat, in proportion to the importance of your property.

For conflict situations (tax, divorce, inheritance) an official valuation "en valeur vénale" can be prepared for you (see "Valuation").
