The village of Bussière-Poitevine is a great place to base yourself, it is between the two rivers Gartempe and Vienne and close to many tourist attractions including Le Dorat and L'Isle Jourdain: with easy access to the Route Nationale (N147).

Getting to the area is easy with flights from many UK airports into Limoges (55km) and Poitiers (66km); the nearest trains at Le Dorat (15km) have links to services to Poitiers train station where you have TGV connections to Paris, Bordeaux, London & Brussels.

The house is attached at one side to another house which is empty, I do not think anyone lives in the hamlet full time, it is very quiet. The house is on a plot of 108m² has entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and a large living area which has been split by a partition at present, to give a downstairs bedroom, but upstairs you have a very large landing and 3 bedrooms, so this could be changed back. Opposite the house is its barn of 100m² and to the right of the house is a large garden 1382m², it is separated from the house by a small lane. Further up the road you have meadow of 5132m²

The house has mains water, electricity, Gas (Bottled), and drainage is to a fosse which would not conform, internet is available but not currently connected, however I could get access via my mobile.
