Moussac is a small village on the borders of the river Vienne, with a very good canoe/kayaking centre, a popular camping site some exceptionally pretty walks past some impressive historical buildings. One of its nearest villages is L’Isle Jourdain (11km) which is becoming a hub of holiday activity with its new swimming pool, and outdoor pursuits, such as rip cording through the trees and bungee jumping from the viaduct; together with the famous Val de Vienne racetrack; which hosts some spectacular car and bike races together with a great Ferrari day in aid of cancer research. L’Isle Jourdain shops, supermarkets, restaurants etc.

Poitiers airport and train station are about one hour away, Limoges airport is just over one hour’s drive.
Getting to the area is easy with flights from many UK airports into Poitiers and Limoges and trains at Lussac Les Chateaux - 10km from the house; having links to services to Poitiers train station where you have TGV connections to Paris, Bordeaux, London & Brussels.

The house has mains electricity, water and drainage is to a septic tank, Gas (Bottled) and electric central heating. The roof is relatively new and the windows are a mix of single/secondary and double glazing.

At the end of the hamlet, with no through road, only people visiting will be coming this far; so the situation is surprisingly quiet and private; with some great areas within the garden which are not overlooked and could be turner into very nice eating/relaxing areas. You also have some interesting outbuildings, again which could be used for other things rather than storage.
