Near Le Blanc and Ruffec in the Centre-Val de Loire region, a magnificent farmhouse—complete with cellars, a garden, and a stone barn—stands on a château estate.

A beautiful 7-room house dating back to 1788, situated on private grounds within the estate of a château.

Access is via a shared driveway, passing through an old gateway that once served the farm and hunting estate, leading to a vast inner courtyard where the house nestles in one corner. An adjoining stone barn—featuring a spacious loft that could be converted into living space—is also included and is accessible from the house via a staircase.

Behind the main house, off the kitchen and living area, lies a private garden featuring a tree-lined clearing. The château itself is located right next door.

The house boasts a spacious living room with original tiled flooring, a fireplace, and windows overlooking the sunny garden. The other six rooms are currently laid out as follows:
