Limoges’s airport is a 45-minute drive from the house. Add all that to the even shorter distance to the main road links and you have a location which has everything yet gives the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere it is so peaceful and quiet there.

The house and gîte have mains water, electricity, and drainage, they are double glazed; the house has oil fired central heating and house and gite both have traditional wood burning fires.

The barn/garage is around 60m² a great atelier/workshop.
House, Gite and Barn perfectly enclose the private main courtyard garden, which has a covered area with spa. The gite has a further outside space to the front of its main living area.

The gite is quite simply spectacular in its design, with its open plan living areas, giving space, living, and sleeping accommodation for 10 people.
