Getting to the area is easy with flights from many UK airports into Poitiers (47minutes from the house) and Limoges (1 hour 10 minutes) and trains (9kms) having links to services to Poitiers train station where you have TGV connections to Paris, Bordeaux, London & Brussels.
The main rooms are at road level, Living Room, Kitchen and dining room, with the attic space turned into 2 bedrooms with their own showers and toilets. Underneath the house are a further 4 rooms yet to be modernised. The gardens are terraced, and the previous owner had thought of extending to the right of the house to give more living accommodation. Another option would be to make an entrance onto the bottom terrace to give off road parking.
The house has mains electricity and water. A system for drainage is in place but it does not conform and at some point, would have to be updated.
