DESCRIPTION
The front door leads into a spacious hall (16 m2). To the left is the kitchen/living room (22.5 m2). The kitchen has a door to the garden. A door in the living room leads to the enclosed veranda (14.5 m2), which houses the pellet stove that heats the house centrally. At the end of the entrance hall is a bathroom and separate toilet. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where a spacious landing gives access to three bedrooms (12, 10 and 5 m2). In the smallest bedroom, a staircase ‘hidden’ in a cupboard leads to the attic for storage.

In all, almost 100 m2 of living space over two floors. The house is set in 525 m2 of land. From the house and garden, there are lovely views over the green hills.

The technical surveys (asbestos, lead and electricity) and the determination of the energy label are in preparation. The technical inspections carried out at the time of purchase showed that the lean-to buildings near the house have roofs containing asbestos. The energy label should be F or G. This is not a problem for the current owners, who use the house as a holiday home.
