Getting to the area is easy with flights from many UK airports into Limoges (36km) and trains in Bellac (16kms) having links to services to Poitiers train station where you have TGV connections to Paris, Bordeaux, London & Brussels.

On the ground floor you have a large entrance, with an office area and doors to a formal dining room, living room, kitchen with large dining area, downstairs bathroom, WC, downstairs bedroom, storeroom, utility room and from there a door to the large workshop and garage area. On the first floor, again another very large landing area, with doors to 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a further 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. Outside You have garden to all 4 sides, with a covered carport area to the left of the house, a formal garden to the front of the house and the garage and barn attached to the right of the house. The back garden is mainly laid to lawn, and edges by mature trees and bushes; with flower beds, a flagged terrace, a covered al fresco BBQ dining area, potager and chicken house. The garden looks out onto fields.

The house has mains water and electricity; drainage is to a septic tank which does not conform but works perfectly well. Heating is wood burning fire and electric radiators. The roof is in good condition, and the hamlet has a good fibre internet connection.
